The Literacy Council is a 501 (c)(3) organization. All donations are tax deductible. It takes $500 to pay one month's rent of the Council's classroom!

A year's worth of books (20-25) for a child in the family literacy program is $50.

The Literacy Council's state charitable ID # is 12426.  No part of any contribution is retained by a professional solicitor. 

100% of any contribution is received by the Literacy Council for operation of its programs.
